Products are most often shipped via ground and the shipping cost is added to the product invoice. Requests for faster shipping are honored.

Shipping & Handling is non-refundable.

All warranties are valid from the original purchase date.

All defective items must be returned to Intelligent Solutions in its original packaging.

The original Manufacturer's Warranty applies to all individual components.

Warranty excludes "Acts of God": lightning, storms, dropping or mishandling the product, and other accidental causes Intelligent Solutions will not be responsible for customer directed modifications which may result in unforeseen compatibility or interoperability issues.

If you have a defective product, you must obtain a RMA Number prior to returning the product.

To obtain a RMA Number you must identify the failure to our support department by phone. You will then be given shipping instructions.

All included accessories must be returned, i.e. cables, disks, manuals, etc.

All RMA products must be received within the time span of the warranty.

Intelligent Solutions has adopted a set of privacy principals to inform and protect our customers. Intelligent Solutions has implemented those principles in this Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use and share personally identifiable information we obtain from and about individuals.

Intelligent Solutions will not sell or rent your personally identifiable information to anyone.

Intelligent Solutions may send personally identifiable information about you to other companies or people when:

• We have your consent to share the information;
• We need to share your information to provide the product or service you have requested;
• We need to send the information to companies who work on behalf of Intelligent Solutions to provide a product or service to you. • We respond to subpoenas, court orders or legal process; or

We find that your actions on our web sites violate our usage guidelines for specific products or services.

Intelligent Solutions collects personally identifiable information (that is, information such as your full name, email address, mailing address or telephone number) only in order to create or enhance our relationship with you. When we collect personally identifiable information from you it is because you want us to furnish you with products, services or information.

Intelligent Solutions also automatically receives and records information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address and information and the page you requested.

Intelligent Solutions uses information to fulfill your requests for certain products and services only.
